Groups are always more complicated as we need the "Group Leader" to accept in writing the terms and conditions of the policy and provide a declaration which includes the traveller's full names and ages and a declaration that all are medically fit to travel, hence the reasons for the emails back and forth.

Once we have that the issuing of the policy wording and the cover note is very quick and the cover is put in place immediately.
