Important Statement regarding Travel Insurance and Pre-existing Medical conditions
You MUST disclose all material facts. A material fact is one that is
likely to influence the Insurer in accepting your insurance. This
could be the state of your health or that of a relative or person on
whom your travel plans depend or any hazardous activities. If you are
in any doubt as to whether a fact is 'material', you should call on 0844 249 9280. If you do not
disclose material facts, it may result in your claims being invalid.
Voyager Travel Insurance Rules regarding Pre-existing medical conditions
Question 1
In the 2 years prior to this insurance being arranged have any of you suffered from or been investigated or treated (including regular medication) for or diagnosed with :
i. any cancer or malignant condition
ii. any lung- or heart related condition (including angina)
If you answer yes to any of these questions then no cover can be provided for claims directly or indirectly relating to your medical conditions.
Question 2
Do any of you suffer from any other Pre-Existing Medical Condition as defined (please see Definition below)?
Pre-existing Medical Condition - Any condition that has required referral to or consultation with a specialist or hospital for treatment
or investigation within the 6 months prior to:
1. the date that this insurance is arranged, or
2. the date the you subsequently made arrangements for a trip, or
3. the date that you extended your original period of insurance, whichever is the latest.
If you answer "No" then any medical conditions will be covered as standard. If you answer "Yes" call 0844 2499280 to discuss alternatives.

Serious medical conditions suffered by people who are not insured on this policy but on whom your travel plans depend should be declared to us as
Note* You are not covered for any related claims if you;
• have any medical condition, as a result of which a medical practitioner has advised you not to travel or would have done so had you sought his or her advice.
• have been given a terminal prognosis.
• are on a waiting list for treatment or investigation.
